Saying “I Do” With a View At This Lovely Civil Ceremony in Positano
With colorful villas perched above the crystal blue sea, the cliffside town of Positano is regarded as one of the most beautiful seaside destinations in Italy. Luckily for Lewis and Kelly, their Italian elopement dreams became a reality this past May. With the help of Leoeventi, this lovely couple was able to plan a simple yet stunning legally binding ceremony in Positano.
Hailing from the UK, Kelly and Lewis traveled alongside their parents and their two adorable daughters for their wedding in Positano. On the day of their ceremony, the couple got ready at their hotel outside of Positano and then traveled to Positano Town Hall in transportation arranged by Leoeventi.
Overlooking the Amalfi Coast, Positano Town Hall is an excellent spot for a quaint elopement. With its breathtaking backdrop of the Bay of Positano, Kelly and Lewis didn’t need to worry about elaborate decorations at this venue; the scenery spoke for itself!
Bouquets full of wildflowers with a rustic feel
While Kelly and Lewis were happy to keep things simple, one thing that was important to them was the flower bouquets. They really wanted bouquets full of wildflowers with a rustic feel. Thanks to a talented local florist, Leoeventi was able to coordinate beautiful mixed-flower bouquets for the bride and the two flower girls. Complementing Kelly’s sapphire ring perfectly, the bouquets were a gorgeous touch!
Despite on-and-off rain all day, the sun came out during their intimate afternoon ceremony. With Leoeventi’s trustworthy collaborator Angela serving as the official interpreter for the event, Kelly and Lewis shared their heartfelt vows in front of their closest family members. Their first kiss as a married couple was a magical moment with the sun shining down and the turquoise water sparkling in the background.
After completing the ceremony and snapping a few more photos around Positano, the couple and their six guests were off to dinner at Hotel Eden Roc. The hotel’s restaurant, Adamo ed Eva, is a top restaurant in Positano and also one of Leoeventi’s top recommendations for dinner on the Amalfi Coast.
As they wrapped up the night enjoying panoramic sea views and an incredible meal shared with family, Kelly and Lewis couldn’t have been happier about how amazing their wedding in Positano turned out!
