Chianti is perhaps the best known of all Tuscany’s varied panoramas. Located between Siena and Florence and known above all for its good wine, Chianti is dotted with pretty hill top towns and villages, green hills, undulating rows of vines, olive groves and swathes of pine and ancient oak.

Airport: the nearest airports are Pisa and Florence – Pisa is the most important hub for low costs flights, you need no less than 90 minutes drive to tech the vineyard region, from Florence it si 45 minutes drive.
Recommended period for weddings in Chianti: from mid April to mid October.
Type of venues: The main options are hamlets or medieval castles set on the slopping Tuscan hills with amazing views on the vineyards.
Special touch for your wedding in Chianti: Have your legal civil ceremony in the beautiful town hall of Siena or at the San Galgano Abbey or a religious ceremony in one of the romantic churches in the Tuscan traditional villages.
